Allot of money to spend to fix something that is for the most part a non issue. Just a educated guess but I'm thinking all they would do is put a taller nipple on it. Maybe the original owner replaced the nipple and put a shorter on on it. I just compared the photo to my deerhunter and the nipple actually does look a little short.

Basically I agree with Zonie. Put a taller nipple on it. Nipples are cheap and its always good to have an extra or two.
 
If it’s firing I wouldn’t worry about it. My traditions Crockett is off center but I’ve never had a misfire.
