I agree with the others, drill the touch hole and try less powder in the pan. they all can be a little different. I have a 40 cal. that takes a full pan of powder and it goes off like lightning without the hole enlarged. I have a 62 jaeger and it goes off instant but with a small amount of powder away from the touch hole, but I do have the hole drilled.
