Has anybody tumble lubed bullets for black powder revolvers or rifles?

I don't think this lube forumula is good for black powder bullets, like it is for smokeless. This looks easier than using a heated pan full of lube.

Yep, I tried Lee Alox several times. It is no good for black powder shooting anything minie's, maxi balls, round balls. Works OK for all my cartridge reloads though.

Sorry, but I can't see why this is any easier or less time-consuming than simple pan or dip lube.

Years ago I tumble Moly coated 5.56 bullets for matches, don't how well it would work on balls. Tumbling conicals would beat them up but balls should be OK I should think.
