I hope I am wrong, but I don't think you are going to get anywhere with T/C. Last I heard, once that Smith and Wesson bought them out, all parts, warranty, service for any muzzleloading guns are long gone.

Give them a try, but don't hold your breath.
 
I sent them an email last night to see if I could get a proper online response. And I did.

They said it will take up to 3 business days for a rep to get to me. I am in the queue and they gave me a ticket number.

Fair treatment. Why should S&W pay for mis-representation on the inter-net? They are an after the manufacturing liability de-facto.
