Hello all,

New member here from Georgia.Just found this site a few weeks ago and all I can say is "wow!". Great informative place.
I've been hunting blackpowder for about 17 years now (percussion) and am ready to take the plunge into a flintlock. The old traditions Kentucky kit that I built years ago has taken it's share of whitetails and a few longbeards along the way but, I'm itching for a new challenge. So, please excuse me if I ask way too many questions.

Take care

Welcome aboard Kenneth, You can't ask to many questions here! But you might get to many answers. :rotf: Just got my first flinter myself & can't wait to get out & burn some powder.Good Luck & Good Shootin'

Welcome from Georgia as well. Live in Marietta and shoot at a couple of places in north georgia. Let me know what part of georgia and we can get together sometime or I can get you into some of the matches at the club I am a member of.

Thanks a lot guys!

Jdw, I'm from Athens, not too far down the road from you. Yes, I would love to attend one of those shoots.

Welcome to the site. We always need another person from GA

Kenneth266,

Welcome to the forum from San Angelo, Texas. There is no excuse for too many questions here because I ain't seen anyone told here they have asked too many questions. Enjoy.
