Howdy from East Texas .
the best thing you can do is find a club or group of ML shooters, go visit , ask questions , watch how and what they do. Very likely someone will let you shoot !!

Hello! To make your first foray into knowledge on antique guns, please start in your local library. Then branch out into surrounding library’s. Gun Shows, are a great wealth of information also there are several magazines are devoted to antique arms. Last but not least, the good old internet, you will wear out several printers, by just scratching the surface. Good luck in your endeavors!
