October County Muzzleloader has nice blanket covers that are canvas lined for around $50.

Ace cases are great and made in the USA. Heavy duty with lots of padding. Look under goose gun for the right length.

All my muzzleloaders are in a wool blanket sleeve. I also have a Unique musket case that has a rod holder on the outside. They are padded and come in different lengths.
