Help with identifying rifle.

I’m looking for some help to identify this musket . It only has ‘London’ on the outside hammer assembly and a name with New York on the inside cap compartment. Any help will be appreciated.

A musket is a military arm usually smoothbore. Yours is a civilian piece and quite likely rifled. Probably American made with an imported lock.

With the set trigger & back action lock dates it after 1840 and I would say it's a fowling piece and civilian. Better pictures would help greatly. Here is one of mine.
