I bought my first muzzle loader while I was in the Army. A 50 cal TC Hawkens. A friend of mine had one and I shot his. Had to have my own. Still have it.EXCELLENT, 501ST SIG BN, VOICE OF THE EAGLE, CHAPLAIN (MAJOR) USAR, Ret.
I live in carmel. If you need help and some supplies sooner let me know. For now I'm home a lot. ISome real Blackpowder, a few different thicknesses of patches Patch lube, appropriate size lead balls, a short starter and some #11 caps as I am assuming it is a Caplock. Then some basic cleaning materials. I am headed to Misssissippi to crappie fish for a week but when I get back I will make you a nice sized starter kit as a gift and get it to you. I am in the Fishers area about every day with work.
