First and foremost I should say I mostly came here for the sales area to hunt down the guns I want, but seeing the vastness of this forum has really made me want to participate more. It's hard to find other black handed rangers to discuss this hobby with.
I'm looking to break out of the world of percussions into the more niche match and flintlock guns, which require no priming compound or caps. Pictured is my pride, a smoothbore 1842 musket repro, which I changed to a no.11 nipple to use my homemade caps.
