Claude,
Have a heart...Give us newbies with less than a year a chance to vote.... Afterall, we're the ones who are supposed to keep the tradition alive...

The darned program only allows for TEN possible answers. I can also see that stopping the survey at 19+ years is not good. So many people have more than 19 years, it should be broken down more.

I can redo the survey in another program if everybody wants to vote again?

I've replaced the survey with a new version. Please vote again - sorry for the inconvenience.

Claude,
Thanks for including us newbies... :applause:

Well, been reading about it for years and even took some classes on gun building. However, I still consider myself a novice when it comes to the flintlocks and the period they were used.

BIG OOPS! In my initial post, I forget to mention that I have been shooting muzzleloaders for 32 years now. I hope I have another (good) 32 years left ahead of me too...!

If my math skills are still working properly, I believe the poll is already indicating over 3000yrs of combined muzzleloading experience... or do you think muzzleloading "exposure" is a more suitable term?

Regardless of how we classify it, that is still an amazing amount of time and there are probably a few thousand more usere that haven't answered t

Twenty four years in muzzleloading and its events.

A few changes has happened in the time! I hope I was a reason for some of the better ones. :winking:
mike.

Son of a shooter. Been doing it as long as I can remember. Fired my first smoke pole about the LBJ adminisration. Got into rondys oh late 80's.

According to the information from the poll, I come up with 3950 years. That's not bad and we have only had 181 users vote thus far.

Please take the time to add your experience to the total, by taking part in the poll. THANKS!

Regards,
WV_Hillbilly :hatsoff:
