Howard Kelly barrel

A friend just bought a rifle from Track of Wolf and the barrel was made by "Howard Kelly, Weberton Rifle Works". Anyone know of Mr. Kelly or about his barrel work? :hmm:

Howard is a nice guy, great barrelmaker and fiddle player. He sets up near the bench target shack and Friendship. He had a museum exhibition in the Rand house a few years ago and produced a video of him drilling and rifling a barrel. I shoot cross-sticks and the barrels shoot very well.
