Hello to the camp. Not completly new to muzzleloaders, I bought my TC Hawken 50cal. in 1973 I believe. Was home on leave from the Army and had watched Jeremiah Johnson at leat 6x. Walked into the loacal gunstore and there it was.Went home with me. Dont even think I got around to shooting till I was discharged in 75. I have played around with it over the years and hunted Javelinas twice with it, no javeys killed wounded or even scared both times tho. LOl. Hope to learn alot more, seems like a wealth of knowledge around here.

Welcome, this is the place to get good info. A lot of knowledge here. I've been here for quite a while and still learn and the humor is great.

Welcome to the Forum. :hatsoff:

This is a good place to learn, and to be entertained in the process.

Most of the dogs hereabouts don't bite; the ones that do just sort of gum ye up!

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. Been studying the index and there is no lack of reading material here for sure. I'am enjoying it alot. Hope to get out shooting this weekend again and get serious and find what my rifle like to shoot. Nice to see a fellow arizonian here to.

What part of the Zone are you from? I reside up in the Verde Valley. I'm pretty new here myself but have noticed a lot of other members from the 48th state. I think we are well represented here.

Thanks guys. I am in the east valley. Moved here from Colorado in 1998. I do try to head for the hills as much as I can in the summer.
