Howdy from Texas,
I guess like some new members, I bought a flintlock and then decided to
educate meself about it. Have learned tons of good things already and consider
it good luck to have found this forum.
A little story
Our vet had twin boys that were friends of mine and I used to spend the night at their house. The TV room had a work bench on the back wall. Their dad would work on flintlock kits at the bench. We knew better than to touch anything but I used to stare a hole in that bench and really wanted to shoot one of those rifles.
Well, its been 45 years since 3rd grade, but, now I'm gonna. Been shoot'n BP cartridge in cowboy shooting the last three years; but I'm a real Greenhorn when it comes to front stuffers.
Regards,
Halfhitch
