Just wanted to say hello. Just found this forum about three weeks ago and kept coming back and reading all the information being shared. Gettin' to the chase; I'm kinda new at Blackpowder and still learning. I'm sure I'll come up with some silly questions later on, but looks like this forum welcomes the non-experienced. It's evident that I'm not good at introductions and I'm out of words. Guess I'll get to know the crew after awhile.

Meanwhile, keep your powder dry and watch your six!

Welcome to the camp!!

One of the things we enjoy doing is helping folks who are new to Muzzleloading get started, so if you have any questions at all, feel free to ask them.

One word of warning though, Muzzleloading and black powder smoke are addictive.
More than one person has thought they would try it, "just to see what it was like to shoot old style guns" and now their cartridge guns sit in the closet gathering dust. :)
They target shoot, hunt, plink, collect, build, admire and just plain enjoy it. :)
Many get into re-enacting, Historical Treking, reading history...the list goes on and on.

On this forum everyone is friendly, so pour yourself some coffee and join in with us. :)
