I'm in line with most of the others, clean, dry with alcohol, load, then a lightly lubed patch run down the barrel after.
I recommend taking everything (hot water to clean, alcohol, lub, patches) to the range and replicate this a few time to see if it changes your point of aim.
My .32 hits about an inch higher at 30 yards when I load and lube, while my .54s don't seem to notice.
