I have finally completed my TOTW Jaeger kit after many late nights and many questions answered by you fine folks. You guys helped me through this rifle build and I want to thank you all for your advice and shared experiences once again, I couldn't have done it without you. Now I just have to make time to go to the range! Being a single father of two and going between Girl Scout meetings and Boy Scout meetings keeps a guy busy(I'm not complaining, I love it). Anyhow, I'll let you know how it shoots as soon as I can. Any break-in advice or suggested loads? It's a .62 swamped Colrain rifled 1 in 66 and is 31" long. I drilled a 5/64 plain touch hole for an experiment, I have the liner and tap should I be disappointed with the plain hole. Jim

Way to go on the Jaeger. Say - couldn't help noticing you hale from Cape Girardeau. Is Cape Outfitters still in business there???

As far as I know Cape Outfitters is still in business. They are only about half a mile from me. It's just someones house with the basement serving as their warehouse.

If you could, drop by there some day and see and let us know. I've heard they either sold or went out of business. ::

congrats on getting finished, always a good feeling. show us a picture. :applause: :applause:
