Yep, I just looked on the map and Pennsylvania's shorter than Arizona.

I make my own and have a box full that I use. That's the best way to get the sizes you want.
Here's a photo of a few of them and I've made both long and short ones.

The ones I make are similar to Hanshi's, but I drill out one end to use as a powder measure for the gun the starter goes with.
