I picked up a Type D Fusil from Tip Curtis' Frontier Shop today. It's a .62 and I can't wait to get it to the range. So I might have a lot of questions for the smoothy shooters soon.

You have just taken your first steps into a larger world, smoothbores are extreamly versatile, dependable and (at the very least) fun to shoot...

You will enjoy the piece, give us a after action shoot report once you take her out.

I know my fusil de chasse comes to shoulder and onto target like no other gun I own.

The best trade I ever made was to trade for my smoothbore.
I think my rifled gun has cobwebs in the bore.
Good luck
