Yes, but because they price this by the yard, they would problably insist that you buy at least one yard minimum. The last time I went to wally world, a younger woman was working the fabric section, and she was not only very nice and polite, but when I pulled out my micrometer to measure ticking, she knew immediately what I was buying the ticking for. Seems her brother, or father was a MLer!
