Didn't take long for this one to come totally off the rails!

It went off the rails ...when he said he was shootin’ his BP rifle at an INDOOR range :surrender: !

... hope the air system moves a lot of air ...

Haha! Well, I need to stop writing anything about the indoor range because cuz someone always posts something like this.
1) Yes, the ventilation system is very good. Smoke is cleared in just a couple seconds.
2) I joined this range because we have a 4-month daughter and a 2.5 year old son and I can be in my lane in less than 10 minutes from my door. This allows me to shoot at night after the kids are in bed.

The PRB eliminated the bother of checking where the conical was and gave me "peace of mind". Actually, the PRB has a much better trajectory than the conical and kills elk just as well.

Hey Fred,
Thanks for chiming in. I'm coming around to this line of thinking as well. But, old habits die hard... :idunno:

I shot only conicals for 38 years, but I've come around now to PRBs. I just like them a lot more now. Seem more consistent shot to shot. Old habits do die hard, and I am one of the worst about old habits. I've only shot outdoors in my 56-plus years shooting and look forward to indoor shooting soon at my range when they finish their new facility. Not sure if I will be able to shoot my smoke poles inside, I'm kinda afraid to ask. It will be nice to shoot my Glocks and Walthers when it's cold and windy here. What am I saying ... I live in Oklahoma, it's always windy. A calm day here is a 10 mph breeze. I wish my range was 10 minutes away, that would be wonderful. I'm jealous.
