Unfortunately, the link does not say what the paper is soaked in, or the thickness. You would want to ensure the flammables are non-corrosive.

Most are made to look like writing paper or note paper. They are treated in nitric acid the same as gun cotton. Technically that makes it nitrocellulose, it is just left paper shaped.
