Yeah lock works fine its a stock Investarms trigger.

Front trigger contacts the sear but seems to run out of leverage when attempting to fire unset. Unable to de-**** without using the set trigger as well.

I had replaced the original fly and sear as both had visually seemed worn. It’s quite possible that has something to with it.
with out physically having it in hand it is extremely difficult to diagnose your exact problem. that said you may have a fitting bind in the lock if you replaced the sear. you can adjust the force of the trigger on the set trigger. but you say the lock won't function without it being set that suggests that you have a fitment problem not a trigger problem
