TC Patriot. 25 yards off hand with 65 year old eyes on a cloudy rainy windy day. Next time I'm taking a rest and see what it can really do.

Ya gotta luv those shoot-n-see targets...… I've had 3 different .45 Patriots, and they were all accurate, once I got used to the backward DS triggers.

I have two Patriots, both .45 cal. Absolutely no concerns or complaints. Very accurate shooters ! My favorite pistols.
What powder charge were you using ? Good target too ! :thumb:

Went back today with a rest to set the muzzle on. My best 3 shot group at 25 yards. I'm pleased. Load was 25gr. of FFFG over a .440 ball and .010 lubed patch. Didn't use a rest for the grip end. Don't want to break the stock.

I was wondering about those triggers. My Renegade is opposite the Patriot.

The triggers are actually to your benefit. You are stronger close in physically. Your finger is in a more relaxed position as opposed to being extended. Som3 people don’t care for those triggers. For me, it’s like shooting my Colt Government, short trigger travel. :thumb:
