Yes, noticed that right off. It seems like something that may have been added by a subsequent owner. Maybe the ridge was incorporated by the maker to allow it to be added by the user in accord with how it shot.Anyone else notice the rear sight cut into the flintlock. It wasn't discussed but it was on the original gun.
