"Kick" powder?

Hey, I just found a store that sells powder locally (it's in Cherryville, NC). They don't have Goex, but they say they've got another real BP, not one of the new substitutes that my flintlock doesn't like... some stuff called "Kick."

Anybody ever heard of it before?

KIK is cheaper and better than goex, just got in 25lbs from powderinc. Try it you will like it. :thumbsup:

What do you like about it better than Goex (other than price).

I'm getting geared up to do some comparison testing between Goex, Goex Express, Swiss & KIK, but I'd like dome other opines too.

What do you like about it better than Goex (other than price).

It shoots a little cleaner than GOEX. Not much but enough to notice. When I changed from GOEX the GOEX 3F loads I usually used were swapped grain for grain with KIK 2F. My smaller calibers, .32 & .36, like KIK 3F with the same charge of GOEX 3F.
