Another place to check is "Hill Folk" In unity Sask. They are a mom and pop shop and don't have much overhead. They can get in pedersoli kits and maybe others. Very Very good people.
Good luck, let us know what you end up with.

Daniel, if you are gun less and just need a flinter to get out and bout with let me know I come across some serviceable low cost guns once in awhile and have a variety of cast projectiles I'd donate to help a guy get hunting. Being left handed the right hand deals are not of any interest to me.

BTW check kijiji ontario a while ago there was a (low voice) Middlesextrading fusil for sale for 60 bucks. Not the first choice by any means but would get you making smoke. Search for flintlock. I'll look again and see if I can find it. It was an add from someone who had no clue what they were selling, maybe a prop house.
Thankyou Mr. Doyle, that is a very nice offer. I have my .50 T/C Hawken (perc) to make smoke and am currently working on my .36 fullstock Tennessee (perc) to get it servicable. I think I will save up my pennies for the right flinter to come along.....................Daniel

Hello Booger!
Kits and parts are easy enough to bring into Canada.
Just don't order the whole kit together.
Parts are parts.
If the receiver ( lock ) is not with the barrel, it could be a flintlock.
Therefor all the parts could be for a flintlock.
How it finishes is how you do it.
A stock is a "wood carving" other parts are "machined metal parts"
Can't be any more simple than that!

Trust me, Tetsa. You will get those 'honey-do's done. There is so much information in those back posts, you will have to take a break, now and then, to give your head a rest. Enjoy.
