A friend has acquired a single-cavity minie mould, stamped L&W, that throws a ball much like (but not exactly) a Lyman old-style 575213. It has an unusual device for keeping the base plug in place. Anybody know anything about "L&W"?

An engineering firm by the name of Leake and Warwick, based in Leicester UK,made bullet moulds as a sideline in the late '60s/early'70s.They were marketed as " L&W" moulds.

An answer from a pilgrim in the land of Pilgrim's Progress! thank you, and welcome to the board.
