Goodoien barrels are noted for their quality and accuracy, I have one in .50 caliber that is on a chunk gun (1.25" X 48"). Yours apparently is off another rifle and the quality is based on the care it received. Value is a relative thing but premium barrels by noted makers could range from several hundred dollars to $600 or more.

Value depends on what someone is willing to pay. I have a .45 caliber Douglas barrel that has never been in a rifle. I've had it for at least 30 years. Had people ask if it was for sale over the years. My response was make me an offer but no one has yet. Also have a CM 5 stock blank I intend to use with that barrel. Since I'm now trying to use up all the parts I have before I die it's getting close to being made into a rifle.
