Outstanding job! I started binding the edge on mine and its a :cursing: Yours looks almost machine stitched!

ive given up on trying to find hand stich work.. the last time a guy said hed hand stich a sheath for me he just put it on the machine, and shrudged when i came to pick it up.. i think hand stiched bags are usually alot better.. becouse if one is going to go thru all that work, then design, materials, and usability has been well thought out... nice job!!! dave

I agree. One of the easiest ways to tell the patience (I say patience rather than skill because a beginner can produce nearly the same product, it just takes 2-3 times longer!) of a craft worker is in the consistency of his/her stitch work. I think the stitching alone makes this bag excellent. The top of the pouch with the inlay has no wrinkles and that is also a mark of a good crafter. Your consistency in sewing is also on the back, a place where the faint of heart normally become a little lax. Bravo. I normally look very carefully at pieces that would have been done by a tradesman because they should look perfect. Only items that would have been made at home or in the field are allowed to have irregular stitching etc. (to an extent of course)! Yours looks like a tradesman would have made it. . . perfect! Lets see some more stuff!!!
btw, love the trim!
