I dunno, a guys never to old unless he wants to be.

Nice shop though, looks like lots o room to move around in, mine is cramped and it shows when I get busy as the clutter builds rapidly.

I have no issues with H&C work, and bet it would be easier to transition that way from power assist then to try and start out with H&C and no training.

What is H&C? It should be obvious that I have no training. :grin:

Can that type of engraving be done on wood?I have an old Husvarna eared shotgun and have a picture in mind for the stock..
 
My intial response is, yes it can be used to carve wood.

When I purchased this system I also bought a wood chisel set for the hand piece, its still in the original packaging. I bought a set of carving tools and use those for wood and the engraving tools for engraving.
 
Thanks for the reply..I want a horse rearing on each side of the stock with lightning flashes,one side is Thunder and the other Lightning,names of each barrel, Thunder&Lightning :) I have a pictured saved of it.
