Sorry, I should have clarified that one for you. Glad you found one! Yes, 16 mm will be perfect for you even if you are shooting a standard 20 ga bore of .615 it will work fine. I use the same punch for my felt wads and leather wads. Have a machinist turn down the handle and you will love it!
 
Shooting a Pedersoli otherwise a 5/8" would probably work just fine.
A couple of friends are leather craftsmen so wad material is available.

I shoot a 50 cal smooth bore. Load it with a square load of 60 gr, using 6 shot. use a leather wad over powder,
then a poster board backing with a 1/8 in felt glued on, buy the felt that has the peal off glue backing attach
to poster board and punch out with a reamed out 1/2 in punch, shot and then another felt wad. I soak the felt /board wads in olive oil let the dry a little. It seems to do a good job out to 15 , 20 yards, which is good enough for the type
cover I hunt.
