Hello All. I am looking to build a flintlock rifle to add a bit of interest to my deerstalking, which is currently mostly long range alpine shooting.
Initially I thought a rifle in the Lancaster style, .54 and with a 38 inch or thereabouts barrel was as near perfect as I could get, but I have been looking at the English sporting rifle by Jim Chambers and very much like the look of them.
Unfortunately, I shoot left handed (blind in right eye, so please don't advise learning to use the other side...), and there is not a left hand option listed. Does anyone know of a maker of left hand round faced locks that I could use to build this rifle?
Thank you all for as very enjoyable site, and keep up the good work.
Ross
