What is the current status on this patch lube/bore cleaner? It started out hyped as heaven-sent, then went way downhill, and last I can recall (2+ years ago?) it was making a comeback, of sorts. I had a bottle from the early years and I admit I liked it quite a bit, then started reading/hearing bad things about the company who "took it over'(?) Millions cry out for the truth!

It has been a while but the last I knew the guy who took over the formula and was going to produce it again, had to do some time in either Iraq or Afganastan serving our country. That is if I remember correctly. There was one or two older posts about this, if not a year ago, pretty damn close.

There have been couple articles in Muzzleloader magazine regarding this lube. The producer is suffering from injuries received in battle. Last I heard it sounded like he would not be abe to produce any more. I have part of a bottle and sure would buy more if it ever comes back on the market. It is some the best stuff I have used. Sure hope someone brings it back on the market. If anyone has more current info, please jump in here.

I believe Fort Chambers sells a "direct replacement" for the LeHigh lube. Its called Shenandoah. I have not tried the replacement yet but i will when i run out of my current stock. I hope it is as good. Prayers out to him and his family.

Shenandoah sucks, it's a different formula.

Got some Shenandoah Valley last year from Fort Chambers and have no complaints with it. States that it is made in Bristol Tn. TOTW is advertising Lehigh Valley in Cat # 17. BTW I didn't get any rust over the summer since using the Shenandoah.

Sure was hoping someone here would PM me that they had couple bottles of Lehigh Valley patch lube they wanted to sell cheap. Or they knew a store with a bunch of it sitting around collecting dust.

Hello Everyone ,I did a search for Lehigh Valley and came up with a company out Maine advertising it ,they say it is the old formula , ordered some , I will have to wait and see if they send it . Ihave no experience with BP , I am just trying to get what I might need to start .
