Yup,

One could make the argument that a proper boat is considered a "temporary domocile". Just like is it illegal to carry a loaded firearm in a vehicle without a concealed weapon permit in most states, the reg becomes more than a bit fuzzy when the vehicle is a motorhome. Like most here I suspect, I would risk it under some circumstances.
