Lost my fiberglass range rod somehow. I believe it was a 32in cva rod or something... anyway I'm looking for a 32in fiberglass range rod with a palm saver so my hand doesn't get blown off and a 12 or 10ga jag on the end..... in so pissed man can't believe I lost my fav rod. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

All-metal rod is best.
I like solid brass, 5/16” or 3/8” threaded for 10x32 attachments.

For the range I prefer a steel, carbon or brass rod with a muzzle protector built in. I have two. A 32" for my shorter barreled ones and a 40" for my Lancaster rifle. Most of the normal online supply shops should carry what you need. Look for sales or discounts. I would also order an adapter so that you can use any threaded jag with it. I do use fiberglass as a field rod.

October Country made me a brass range rod of the exact length and diameter that I wanted, with threaded ends for a handle and jags. It was shipped in a pvc tube, and arrived without damage.
It wasn't cheap, but it was what I wanted.
I liked it so much that I got one for use as my underbarrel ramrod. Exact length that I wanted.

I like Track of the Wolf's stainless rod with a muzzle protector. I made one out of a plastic funnel spout which I filled in with JB weld. Works good and is large enough to easily hold in place.
