Looking for a gunsmith for Colt Revolving rifle

Who would you recommend for gunsmith a Palmetto Colt revolving rifle? I picked up one and the timing and lockup is not right on it. I would like to shoot it!

Definitely would have to treat as any BP rifle though drying might be a tad easier since there’s no plug.

It has the cleaning rod under the barrel. It looks like a regular ramrod, but it's for cleaning.

Did you send your Palmetto Arms CRR to Goons Gun Works by chance? I have one that needs some work, but haven't found someone that would be good to work on it yet.

Charlie Hahn. He does revolvers and Sharps. This is just another revolver with a really long barrel.
