Never used ... you can see/verify the condition in the photos. No instructions and the 'HO' model doesn't show up on Lyman's current page, but the 575213s line shows up as 58-caliber Minie ball moulds (molds) with the movable 'pin' to cast different weights.

That's all I know ...
