These run $89+ online and are out of stock everywhere, even at Lyman who gets $110 for it.

It still looks good inside and was sooooooo well wrapped, that I thought it was 'new old stock', but it could have been used, as its from my Uncle's estate, even though I never knew him to have a Brown Bess or other big caliber muzzleloader.

Still, these are hard to find nowadays, especially in good condition.

UPDATED:

Whereas the mold was wired shut, I had thought it was 'new' as shipped by Lyman, but the 2 pins 'show bright', per a poster's inquiry.

Thus I opened it today and took these pictures. It still looks good to me! There is also appears to be some bluing 'lost' on the sprue plate, so I am now selling this item as 'used'.

Still available ... reduced to $60 shipped, as due to all the above.
