I wanted to get some better pictures outside, but we're 2 days into good rain so I'll post these for now.
I have a Lyman Great plains rifle I bought from a friend's estate. I don't think from the # it's a kit, but it almost looks like the stock has been reworked some. The barrel, lock, everything else is a beautiful, but I can see tooling marks on the butt area as shown in the pictures. It will ship in a Lyman Great plains box.
He had 3 or 4 others that vanished before I bought the rest, so I can't say if this stock was originally to this GPR or if he reworked it from another he had.
Either way it is still beautiful and clean and ready to serve ya well..
(*I also have a gpr flint lock(posted in another post) that i can include for extra 125$ if you wanted to convert it..)
Looking at 575$ to the lower 48.
