Hopefully everyone has come to the conclusion that I’ve learned my lesson and should pin the ramrod tip.... which by the way was done before the third comment grief...

I ordered a replacement ramrod from TOTW and received it yesterday. I got the one with the iron tip, but I never noticed if it was pinned. I'll have to check it tonight. I had to do a bit of sanding on it to get it to fit in the ramrod channel, but after staining it, looks really nice.
