I'll start this here but it may need moving. I am interested in looking into a single magazine subscription or association membership magazine that is really focused on technical shooting tips for flintlock and fairly traditional shooting.

The work Pletch does, outstanding by the way, is what I'd like to read. I hear about "Muzzle Blast" once in a while.

Again my focus is technical and flintlock.
 
I think you'll find that of the two most popular magazines, Muzzle Blasts and Muzzleloader magazines, there will be occasional 'technical articles'. Both strive to offer articles of interest to the variety of interests associated with muzzleloading, with only a few technical articles appearing each year. Afraid you're out of luck for a 'purely' muzzleloading technical journal, at this time.
