making a camp box

cool technique! I like the box, but I would have gone with a lighter stain. Did you do anything to the staves to bend them (heat, steam, water soaking, etc.) or just attach them?

what are the dimensions? Any plans for internal compartments or anything like that?

no steam to bend just made the top thinner then hand fitted together, glued and pinned. the box is 19x12x12. with the whole thing made from thinner wood it is nice and lite and still strong,although I would not stand on it.
I was going to make a inside tray because it is for my wife, didn't, I just quikly lined it with some red cloth. the other ones I made I just painted them inside.
