It might be too narrow/specialized for a general audience, but I’d love to see something in depth on the construction and use of bandoliers of charges. I was shooting with mine a few weeks back and it struck me how much it varies from paper cartridges.

I’m working on turning chargers on the springpole lathe. The issue is that unless I convert it for a drive spindle (haven’t seen it this early) I will have to bore them out. ECW military contracts all specify that they’re to be turned hollow, not bored. Fred and Terry point out that they wouldn’t have banned the practice if nobody was doing it…
I’m also making moulds to cast “lead” lids in pewter, and Parker has prototyped copper alloy chargers based on the ones from next door but we’ve yet to secure the materials… news as it breaks.
