Howdy folks, Two Feathers here:

As per a few requests, I’ve shortened my Large primer a bit. Now I’m making this Medium length primer. Don’t worry it’ll still hold close to 300 grains of FFFFg. The price is $62.00 shipped in a padded envelope. I make these from Elk antler tines. This oneIt has one of the most beautiful Spalted Maple caps I think I’ve ever put on a primer! I left the tine color, natural. I left any markings that the Elk created as is.

There is a 3 grain charging valve, that’s filled through the body by unscrewing the knurled cap, then carefully removing the cap, plunger tube and spring. I’ll include written instructions and a tiny funnel to aid in filling the primer.

Disclaimer: This primer IS NOT to be used for any powder size other than FFFFg. BUT, I’m told these primers work fantastic with FFFg. A number of my customers use these regularly for priming with FFFg. without any issues. One customer just told me he uses FFg. in his. But I’m just giving you the valve manufacturer’s warning to avoid future issues. Again manufacturer’s warning: Trying to use these for some different grain size will jam them up and they will not work. That’s BS but I have to make you aware of the mfg.’s warning.

The primer measures 6-1/4”” long, base cap to valve . The base cap measures approx. 1-1/2” X 1-3/8”. These are ALL approximate measurements with a ruler. I wanted to make these a little more functional, so I’ve included (at no additional cost) a hand forged staple for carrying or tying to your bag.

One additional disclaimer: My staples are all hand forged from 1095 high carbon steel stock. That being said, any attempts to bend, twist, squeeze or reshape the staple with cause it to snap, so don't do that.:~))))

The plug/cap is held on with 8 tiny, solid Brass nails.
The pics. always look darker with the signature card behind the item? The center pic. is the true color.

I take PayPal, MO’s or checks.

This item cannot be shipped to Canada. If interested, please PM me here. As always, thanks for looking.

God bless:

Howdy folks:
I'm surprised that this lasted this long? I don't know how many more of these I have left in me? I know that as long as the Good Lord lets me do it, I will.
I have about 10 to 20 hours in each of these. The little ones take longer (more tedious), so you can see that I'm not doing this for the money? :~)))
I know these may seem expensive, but I haven't changed the price in well over a year. Each one of these is as unique as a snowflake. Can you say that about the mass produced brass ones from overseas? They may look "Similar" but they're not identical. That's the beauty of hand crafting....UNIQUENESS!
So if you're looking for an individually handcrafted pan primer for your next rendezvous or shoot, or for the upcoming Fall deer season. Here's your chance to get one that you can pass on to your kids and them to their kids.
No hype, just truth. Ask any of the hundreds of satisfied customers who own one of these.
God bless:

Is this still here? Someone is missing a deal ! I got one a couple of months ago and it as handy as a shirt pocket.
TxHunter:
Thank you buddy. Yeah, it's still here and I don't get it? 2 months ago I couldn't keep up with the orders for these?
This might have one of the purdiest caps I've ever put on a primer too?
I'm glad to hear that you're still likin' yours.:~)))
Thank you again for your support and patronage.
