More troubles

Now my left hammer won’t fully lock. It only locks in halfway position. I disassembled the gun and have a few pictures. CVA SxS 12 guage

Are there replacement parts made for this or am I stuck with a single barrel?

You could weld a tab on where it was broken, then grind it, polish it, and harden it.

Just to CYA I would buy all new lock internals. I bought new locks from Flintlocks Ect about ten years ago for my dad's Navy Arms Pieta SXS. Call and ask him he may have what you need as he also sold me new screws and a lock bolt.

Common occurrence on CVA locks. I used to put my lock to half cock after firing if the cap stuck in the hammer and pull the hammer back slightly and let it snap back into the half cock position to eject the cap. Guess what that resulted in? I stopped that practice after replacing 2 sears on 2 different guns.

Ok found a left handed Piece. Now I need to know if the Piece on my gun is “Early” style or “Later” style. Anyone able to tell?
