One size fits all.. Decorated in the back with turkey feathers and blue wool ribbon strips. Has brown leather ties and features a leather welt sewn with faux sinew. What is the measurement in inches from front to back at the top? As viewed from the side?
approximately 9” of head space on top and sides. If measuring from front of face to bottom back of hat it is 26”. If viewed from the side, 20” from middle top to bottom of side. I hope I understood you correctly, hope that helps. Here’s some photo measurements that might help more;

I agree, I really like your work! The first pic above addresses my question.

I wear a 7 3/8 size hat. I like that front to back to be about 11”

The reason is most of the time if it’s really cold I have a wool cap of some sort on and I want the hood to be a hood and fit over that with enough material left to protect the sides of my face.

If worn with out a cap underneath you can just roll the front edge back one time.

This one is a bit too small for me, but I would buy a copy made to my size for sure.

This is a good one guys, we need more folks here making quality stuff like the OP.
