Mule ear lock source?

Anyone have a source for mule ear locks? I like Bernie Tolino's (from what little I can tell about them) but haven't had any luck getting one from him. I've looked at the plans on the one Larie Fenton did (ML Mag) but don't like a couple things about it. A good design would be helpful too. I'd just build one. Any help appreciated.

Sorry, shoulda mentioned in the first post. That's Tolino. I've been trying to get one from him for about 6 months. I've about given up. Ordered Track's book of lock patterns that is supposed to have one in it.
