For those who use or might want to use some sort of convenient moisture seal for barrel muzzles, there are "Muzzle Mitts" made for this purpose which work very well, but cost about $.40 cents each + shipping.

But they're basically nothing more than a local "drugstore finger cot', and drugstores carry small boxes of them but they are in mixed assorted sizes of small, medium and large...with only the large size able to fit muzzleloader barrels.

Heres a place where you can buy a whole carton of large sizes finger cots, delivered to your mailbox for .10 cents each:

Trojan makes a similar product and they even come(no pun here)lubricated. Guaranteed to fit over your muzzleloader(no pun again). :rotf:

I have to wonder if the "natural lamb" condoms would be more PC for muzzleloading purposes. :rotf:

Best,

If you use the "natural lamb" condums, does that make you want to say " come here ewe"? :rotf:
