Gentlemen:
A quick question? I no longer belong to the NMLRA, I haven't for a long time. I was just wondering, how do I subscribe to ML magazine, and which magazine puts out the most accoutrements "how to" articles? I'm more interested in those than factual history lessons. Thank you for whatever you can tell me.

Oh...BTW, I DO NOT get into digital reading materials. In 2020 I purchased a sus. to Outdoor Photographer magazine. Upon the arrival of the very first issue, I was told that the mag. would no longer be in print and my remaining sub. issues would all be delivered to me via email. I told the co. "just keep the rest of my subscription year, and I'll chalk it up to poor decision making!" I never bought another one. I want to be able to "feel" my magazine and turn the paper pages, not sit in front of my computer and read!
Thanks.
God bless:

Ha! Me, too! I Don't read digital newspapers, etc. Just go to Muzzleloader magazine website and subscribe to the print edition. I get it each month in paper form and love sitting in my easy chair with coffee and flipping thru....

Two Feathers, I would suggest back woodsman, I will occasionally buy the muzzle-loader mag, If in in the local black powder shop, as they tend too the traditional side more than muzzle blasts.

appalichain hunter:
Thanks.
I had subbed to Back woodsman magazine many years ago, but dropped it. They didn't have enough of the content I was looking for? Waaaay too many modern articles. Just before I dropped it, it was beginning to look more like Mother Earth News. I did love some of the articles they had on flintlock hunts, and on primitive fire starting.
Thanks for the reply.
